September - crazy month!!

September was the craziest of months.  It started with an end to a vacation and then I was off running!  I had a work trip that was a big deal and then of course the retreat that I plan every year was the last of September and with over 300 employees in the company now, the retreat felt really big this year and the logistics just seemed nuts!  I am thankful for some hours on planes that allowed for a lot of the reading that occurred this month!
