Kritters Thoughts:  There are two subjects in the center of this book - a woman and her career and a woman and relationships.  Emma is having to reevaluate her career and where she wants to be in the future and how she will get there.  At the same time she is going through quite a few issues with the male species between a boss, co worker and a former high school crush, she sure had some ups and downs in the love department.   

Although, I did think that our main character had quite a few guy issues in such a short amount of time, it didn't bother me too much knowing the book was light and more of a chick lit than a serious read.

The author did a fantastic job with dealing with a woman and the issues she has finding her career and figuring out what may be next in the work world.  As a working woman who has always wanted a career, it is a joy to read a book about someone my age who is trying to define herself by her successful career.

I loved how light this book was, I properly timed my reading after quite a few heavy reads.  It was quick, but full of great characters who kept me turning the page.

Rating: absolutely loved it and want a sequel
