It's Monday, What are You Reading? (56)
I am spending today in Richmond, VA, visiting with a great friend from college and her baby girl! I haven't seen her in over a year so this will be a day full of fun girl chatting!
It was a quieter reading week with other things taking up time, but that is how life goes.
A meme hosted by Sheila at BookJourney.
Finished this past week:
Still Alice by Lisa Genova
Outside the Lines by Amy Hatvany
Currently Reading:
Elizabeth the Queen by Sally Bedell Smith
A Place to Die by Dorothy James
Next off the TBR pile:
The Sausage Maker's Daughters by AGS Johnson
Still Alice is an absolute must read on my bookshelf right now. I fell in love with Lisa Genova when I read Left Neglected and I've heard that SA is even better. I think that I have been subconsciously putting off reading it because I have an aunt Alice who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and it might be just a little too soon for me...
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and happy reading! Here is my It's Monday post:

I'm currently reading Outside the Lines and love it so far. Saturday I finished Best Kept Secret and thought it was one of THE best books I've read in a long time.
ReplyDeleteOutside the Lines is on my reading list for next week, Best Kept Secret was a favourite in 2011. Still Alice is going on my wishlist.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and happy reading :)
Still Alice is on my TBR stacks, I really need to move it up.
ReplyDeleteHave an awesome week!!
